Code of Etichs

Hospital Service has adopted the Code of Ethics and the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, in order to define the company’s ethical and moral standards and the behavioral guidelines that must be observed at all levels of the organization when planning activities aimed at achieving corporate objectives. At the same time, the company’s responsibilities and appropriate disciplinary measures are established to prevent the commission of offenses referred to in the legislation.

Sustainability

Hospital Service has always been committed to promoting diversity and combating gender stereotypes and gender-based violence. Since 2022, it has embarked on a Gender Equality Certification process aimed at strengthening a culture of equal opportunities and creating an inclusive work environment, respectful of gender diversity, free from any form of discrimination, and supportive of women’s career development, including at managerial levels.

The company Hospital Service has aligned itself with the standards of the SA8000:2014 certification, based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, ILO documents, and other international conventions, with the aim of valuing and protecting all personnel.
