TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

METHOD OF TREATMENT

Data processing is carried out through automated tools (e.g., using electronic procedures and supports) and/or manually (e.g., on paper) for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected, so as to offer you the browsing experience and allow you to take advantage of the services you requested and in any case in accordance with applicable laws. Hospital Service has adopted adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk as provided for in art. 32 of the GDPR, so as to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

Personal data will be kept by Hospital Service for the time strictly necessary to achieve the relevant purposes and in any case for a maximum of 10 years.

Personal data will be processed by Hospital Service within the territory of the European Union. If, for technical and/or operational reasons, it is necessary to use subjects located outside the European Union, or it is necessary to transfer some of the data collected to technical systems and services managed in the cloud and located outside the European Union, the treatment will be regulated in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the Regulation and authorized on the basis of specific decisions of the European Union. All necessary precautions will therefore be taken in order to guarantee the most complete protection of personal data, basing this transfer on: a) decisions of adequacy of the third country recipients expressed by the European Commission; b) adequate guarantees expressed by the third-party recipient pursuant to art. 46 of the Regulation; c) the adoption of binding corporate rules.

Apart from that specified for navigation data that will be collected automatically, users/visitors are free to provide their personal data. However, failure to provide the requested personal data marked with an asterisk will only make it impossible to send requests for information, transmit content and/or messages, or to use the services offered.

THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS CONCERNED
